These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Club Apparel Loyalty Programme (“Programme”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Programme, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Programme Owner
The Programme is owned and operated by Apparel Group, (“Apparel Group”). Apparel Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Membership Registration and Eligibility
Membership commences upon successful registration through the unified Club Apparel mobile application or by providing a valid mobile number at a participating point of sale (PoS), followed in both cases by successful One Time Password (OTP) verification on the registered mobile number. Only one (1) membership is permitted per GSM mobile number. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the verified member. A member may change their registered mobile number by contacting Club Apparel customer support at 800-APPAREL and completing the required verification process. Members must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
Membership Validity and Renewal
Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of first registration and auto-renewed thereafter. To remain eligible for auto-renewal, at least one (1) qualifying purchase must be made during each membership year. Apparel Group reserves the right to discontinue or lapse inactive memberships.
Programme Applicability
The Programme is applicable across approved and participating retail stores, online platforms, and brands of Apparel Group and its authorised partners, as notified from time to time. Certain brands, outlets, formats, promotions, outlet malls, or clearance sales may be excluded.
Points Earning
Points are earned on eligible purchases in accordance with the earning structure displayed on the Club Apparel mobile application. For sale items, members shall earn one percent (1%) of the standard Club Apparel points. Food and Beverage (F&B) points, where applicable, shall remain unchanged. Points are calculated on the actual net amount paid in cash, credit card, or debit card, excluding VAT, gift vouchers, promotional credits, or similar instruments. Points are not awarded on the purchase of Apparel Gift Cards; however, points may be earned when redeeming such gift cards. Points earning may vary by brand, format, promotion, or channel, including differences between full-priced and discounted products.
Points Value and Currency
One (1) Club Apparel point is equivalent to one (1) United Arab Emirates Dirham. Members transacting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain shall receive an equivalent benefit in the local currency of the respective country, as determined by Apparel Group.
Points Validity
Club Apparel points are valid for redemption for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of crediting. Brand-specific validity, where applicable, will be displayed in the mobile application.
Points Redemption
Points may only be earned and redeemed through the Club Apparel mobile application. Members must maintain a complete and updated profile to redeem points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between member accounts, or redeemed for goods or services not approved by Apparel Group. All points remain the property of Apparel Group and do not constitute property or monetary rights of the member.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments
In the event of a refund, cancellation, or reversal of a transaction, Apparel Group reserves the right to deduct or adjust any points awarded in respect of such transaction. Apparel Group may refuse to award or redeem points in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, misuse of the Programme, or for any other legitimate reason.
Membership Termination and Cancellation
Apparel Group may suspend or terminate a membership at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including in cases of breach of these Terms, provision of false or misleading information, abuse of Programme benefits, inactivity for twelve (12) consecutive months, death, insolvency, or bankruptcy of the member. Members may request cancellation of their membership by submitting a written request to casupport@clubapparel.com. Upon termination or cancellation, all unused points shall automatically lapse without compensation.

The Programme and mobile application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Apparel Group’s liability shall be limited to re-crediting or replacing the equivalent loyalty points, at its discretion.
Security and Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile device, SIM card, login credentials, and OTPs. Apparel Group shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, unauthorised access, or misuse of accounts or points arising from the member’s failure to safeguard the same. Any loss of a mobile phone or SIM card must be reported to Apparel Group promptly. Failure to do so may result in loss of points, for which Apparel Group shall not be liable.
